Our founders, Ahmet and Franz, having spent the majority of their lives living in Europe, decided to relocate to Cyprus. Hotel Sun is located in Nicosia North near to the exit roads to Kyrenia, Omorfo, and Famagusta. Walking distance to the historic center of Nicosia and Ledra Palace Checkpoint is around 25 minutes. The Hotel has 220 rooms, a fast internet connection, and a Green Building Certificate for sustainable energy usage. -Up to 30 days before arrival, we keep 150€ per person (5% of the total price) as an administration fee.

-Up to 15 days before arrival, we keep 300€ per person (10% of the total price).

-Up to 5 days before arrival we keep 1000€ per person.

-From 5 days before arrival we keep 1500€, the same amount for a no-show.
